30 Day Product Return Policy

We offer a 30‑day product return policy on first‑time purchases of Bovita Health products ordered directly from www.BovitaHealth.com.

Refunds are limited to the original purchase price (excluding shipping)

The 30‑day period begins on the date your order is delivered

This applies to one product per customer per SKU

Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

Eligible

  • First‑time orders of Bovita Health products
  • Products that are unopened, unused, and in original packaging unless damaged, defective, or incorrect order provided the request is within 30 days
  • Single‑unit purchases of pouches or stick packs

Not Eligible

  • Subscription renewal orders after the first shipment
  • Bundles or multi‑packs (partial refunds are not available)
  • Clearance or promotional items marked “final sale”
  • Orders placed through third‑party retailers (Amazon, Retail, etc.)

Stick Packs & On‑the‑Go Formats

Due to the nature of single‑serve products:

  • Refunds for stick packs are limited to one opened box per customer
  • Multiple opened boxes or partially used bundles are not eligible

This policy helps us manage quality, safety, and waste while still allowing you to try the product risk‑free.

How to Request a Return or Refund

  1. Email info@bovitahealth.com with:
    • Your order number
    • The product name
    • A brief reason for return (to help us improve)
  2. Our team will respond within 2–3 business days with next steps
  3. If approved:
    • You may be asked to return unopened items
    • Return shipping labels will be provided by Bovita Health only after the return request has been reviewed and approved

Refunds are issued to the original form of payment within 7–10 business days after approval.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery
  • Include photos of the item and packaging

We will replace the product or issue a full refund at no cost to you.

Shipping Costs

  • Original shipping charges are non‑refundable
  • Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is damaged or incorrect

Subscriptions

  • Subscription orders can be cancelled or modified at any time prior to shipment
  • Once a subscription order has shipped, it is treated as a fulfilled order and is not eligible for refund, except for your first‑time satisfaction guarantee
